Welshpool Camera Club
Welcome to our Camera Club website!
Welshpool Camera Club is a long-standing photographic society in this Mid-Wales town, dating back over four decades.
We meet on alternate Tuesdays at 7:30pm in the New Street United Church, Welshpool. See the Programme page for the current year’s activities and Find Us page for location.
If you would be interested in joining our club, please use the Contact Us link and we will get back to you. The club covers the whole range of skill levels from "Why can't I just use Auto" to "Hyper focal Lengths" and actively produce trips where members can develop their skill. We are a lively club open to all aspects of our photogenic world, from cultural festivals, community participation and events - you name it, we'll point a camera at it and at the same time, show you how to as well.
Review of the 2012-2013 season
These images were all taken during the course of the last season of Welshpool Camera Club - from workshops, competitions and additional club trips. If these images whet your appetite, come back soon to see the programme for the coming season, commencing on 3rd September.
WCC Photography Book
In 2012 Welshpool Camera Club produced its first photography book. This photographic delight is split into two sections - the first section features the personal work of a number of its members, whilst the second half portrays images taken on camera club outings and workshops.
The book is available to preview or buy, just click on the book cover below.
